Shipping policy

At TrueTemp BBQ, we want to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with no surprises along the way. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Orders to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other UK offshore territories may take slightly longer to arrive.

We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you'd like us to ship to your country in the future, drop us an email at info@truetempbbq.com and let us know — we keep a list of requests when planning where to expand next.

Shipping Cost

UK shipping is completely free on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout, no surprise charges when your parcel arrives. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

A few things worth knowing:

  • Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery times are estimates based on standard transit. Occasional delays can happen due to courier disruptions, busy periods like Christmas and Black Friday, or extreme weather.
  • Some rural or remote postcodes may take an extra day or two to reach.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a second email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.

If you haven't received either email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder first, then get in touch with us at info@truetempbbq.com and we'll sort it out for you.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not home when the courier attempts delivery, they'll usually leave a card with instructions for collection or rebooking. Most couriers attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us.

If your parcel is returned to us because of a missed delivery or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply in some cases.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take care to package every order well, but occasionally things go wrong in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the product before unboxing fully if possible, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@truetempbbq.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We dispatch orders quickly, so we may not be able to amend the address once your order has been processed. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at info@truetempbbq.com and we'll do what we can to update it before dispatch.
